Once you place your order, please send us a black and white vector image of your logo. Then, we'll do a mockup for you and wait for approval. Upon approval of the mockup, we'll order the special metal stamping piece which takes about 5-7 business days and 1-3 days to make and ship your order once we receive that (shipping is 2-3 days transit time). Overall, once mockup is approved, it takes about 2 weeks for your first order (new logo).
